Acceptable Use Policy
Standards of conduct expected of all members, users and visitors to the Premlux platform.

1. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform to publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable content.
You must not list counterfeit, replica, stolen, recalled or non-compliant goods, or any product whose sale is restricted in the destination jurisdiction.
You must not attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the platform, or access data, accounts or systems for which you are not authorised.
2. Brand & Content Standards
All imagery, copy and product information must be original or properly licensed, must accurately represent the product, and must reflect the premium and luxury positioning of the Premlux marketplaces.
3. Communications
All communications with clients via the platform must be courteous, professional and compliant with applicable consumer-protection and marketing laws (including PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and equivalents).
4. Enforcement
Breach of this policy may result in removal of content, suspension of access, termination of membership, forfeiture of fees, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.
